Spinal Flow H2O Jen | Spinal Flow Practitioner
Nervous system care with heart. Yamba☀️

Yaegl Country
Northern Rivers region NSW You're welcome exactly as you are.

Listening deeply, tuning in to the wisdom of the spine, the rhythms of the nervous system, and the subtle current beneath the surface. I'm Jen, a Spinal Flow Practitioner with a deep respect for the body's wisdom and its ability to heal when it feels safe and supported. With a foundation in nursing, my background includes Aboriginal Health, social and emotional wellbeing and complementary therapies focusing on nervous system based care. For many years,I have been listening to bodies and the stories they carry. Spinal Flow is the heart of my practice because it honors the whole person, supporting the nervous system to release stored stress and reconnect with ease and regulation. Many of the people I work with are sensitive, overwhelmed, or carrying the effects of long term stress or early life experiences, and are seeking a calm, gentle, respectful approach to healing. Spinal Flow H2O is a space of safety, curiosity, and compassion.

Pain isn’t always structural.

The nervous system can hold protective patterns causing pain long after the stressful time has passed.

When those patterns release, the body moves and feels very different.

If you’re ready to address what your body has been holding, you’re welcome to book your First Session ⬇️

Have you noticed your shoulders up around your ears at the end of a busy day?

Stress can live in the mind, and the body carries it quietly in muscles, breath and posture.

Sometimes the body simply needs the opportunity to unwind.

Spinal Flow will help.
If you are curious, feel free to message me to learn more.

Our bodies are loyal. They hold on to patterns that once helped protect us.

Tension or fatigue is often a sign of the nervous system trying hard to keep things together.

With the right support, your body can begin to feel safe enough to release what it’s been holding.

Message to learn how Spinal Flow can support you.

Ever noticed how the body holds stress without us even realising?

Tight shoulders, jaw tension, headaches or poor sleep can sometimes be the body carrying more than it needs to.

When the nervous system begins to settle, the body often softens too.

Spinal Flow now in Yamba.

Some smiles are contagious…here’s ours for Friday 🩵

Life feels a little lighter when we slow down and share joy, even in small moments.

Brydee and I are reminding you to take a breath, notice what feels good in your body, and carry a little ease into your weekend.

Your nervous system will love it.

Spaces for Spinal Flow next week are available if your body could use a gentle reset.

Message to learn more.
Have an awesome weekend.

Jen & Brydee 💖

Proof that practitioners need a turn on the table 😌

Slightly blissed out and ready for a nap.

Receiving Spinal Flow reminds me what many of my clients describe -
that floaty feeling, the heavy eyes, the deep exhale you didn’t know you were holding.

This is the nervous system finally feeling safe enough to soften.

I’ll always keep receiving this work myself, because I can’t guide others into a space I’m not willing to enter too.

And if looking a little sleepy is the side effect of a regulated nervous system, I’ll take it 💖 Thank you Karon

When the body holds on…
02/03/2026

When the body holds on…

When the body holds on.

Sometimes the trauma is long over… but the nervous system is still bracing.

An event happens. A relationship. A loss. A season of life.
We keep going. We cope. We function. We survive.

And then, sometimes years later, the body begins to speak.

Overwhelm. Mood swings. Disconnection. Irritability. Exhaustion. That constant hum of unease you can’t quite explain.

It can feel confusing when life looks “fine” on the outside, yet inside something feels like it’s quietly taking on water.

This is how stored stress patterns can show up because the body remembers what the mind tried to move past.

In my Spinal Flow Practice here in Yamba, we work gently with the nervous system, supporting it to feel safe enough to unwind what it’s been holding.

When the body feels safer, it doesn’t have to brace so hard.
And when it stops bracing, things can begin to shift.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out or book a session.
You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

Letting the ocean air do its thing here in beautiful Yamba.

As someone who supports other’s nervous systems every day, I’m reminded how important it is to tend to my own. Regulation is something I talk about in sessions. And it’s something I practice. 🩵
