Over five uplifting weeks, this yoga course will help you:

Each session includes mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle flows followed by beautiful guided meditations —perfect for all levels.

Sound healing explained:
Sound healing works on a cellular level. The vibrations of the sound move through the body through every cell to release energy blockages, emotions, old injuries and pain creating balance and restoring energy levels.
Some of the many benefits of Sound Healing are:
* Improves sleep and relaxation * Increases energy levels * Helps with chronic fatigue * Reduces stress, anxiety and depression * Improves your immune system * Brings about a zest for life * Boosts motivation and positivity * Releases negative experiences, feelings and emotions from the body * Balances hormones and mood; and * Eases tension and holding patterns in the body
Yoga Nidra
Is a form of guided meditation that allows the body to be in a complete state of rest, it is said that thirty minutes of yoga Nidra has the same effect as three hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra allows your mind, breath and body to slow down and relax.
Bring along a small cushion for your head and blanket, wear something comfortable. eye pillows provided.
You do not need to get wet or wear bathers for this event. You will float from the side of the pool into the water on your bed so will be completely dry.
This is an alcohol and drug free event. All teenagers must be accompanied by an adult.
This event is not suitable for pregnancy, pacemakers, metal implants, severe or clinical mental health problems. If you are sensitive to sounds you can use earplugs and still experience the benefits of sound healing. Book in through link in bio or fb page event Michelle Fox Holistic Therapist
