Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage appointments with care and efficiency
Answer phone and email inquiries professionally
Provide administrative support to doctors and nursing staff
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment
About You:
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy setting
Passionate about patient service and community healthcare
Previous experience in medical reception and command on Bp is an advantage but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
