✔️Sit to Stands (Chair Squats)
Builds leg strength for getting up from chairs and toilets.
✔️Heel Raises
Strengthens calves and improves balance for walking.
✔️Lunges
Improves leg strength and stability.
✔️Squats
Helps build strength, confidence and control through the legs while supporting balance.
Start with 8–12 reps and build up to 3 sets of each every second day. Focus on slow, controlled movement and good posture.
