I started Luna because I was tired of women being told, ‘It’s all in your head.’

Too many women walk into clinics and walk out with the same story, dismissed, unheard, and still searching for answers.

The truth is, your symptoms aren’t random. Your body is always communicating, through your hormones, your gut, your mood, your energy.

At Luna Wellness Collective, we don’t stop at surface-level symptoms.

He thought probiotics would fix his gut. But testing told us a completely different story.

After months of bloating, fatigue, and anxiety, he was doing everything right, taking probiotics, eating clean, even cutting out certain foods. But his symptoms weren’t improving.

When we ran functional gut testing, we found the real issue: high histamine and an imbalance of gut bacteria producing inflammatory by-products.

The “good” probiotic he’d been taking was actually making things worse because some strains can increase histamine.

Once we switched to histamine-friendly strains, supported his gut lining, and reduced inflammation, the changes were remarkable:

Many women (especially those with ADHD, hormonal issues or gut health concerns) are unknowingly fuelling the crash cycle by fasting too long in the morning.

Here’s what really happens when you skip breakfast:
🔁 You run on cortisol (stress hormone)
