I recently came across this quote and it has really resonated with me. Many of us don't truly appreciate just how magnificent and amazing our bodies are, we certainly don't always treat them with the love and respect they deserve 😔

Even knowing what I know about the human body from my studies I still don't always do this myself. I recently had a viral infection and instead of listening to my body and resting I just kept pushing through and you can only do that for so long 😬 This has meant it is taking me so much longer to recover and I've had to pause my bounce classes this week to rest my body 😭

Especially at this time of the year, make sure you take care of yourselves and carve out some quiet time when needed 🩷

⭐️⭐️ Today I am celebrating wins ⭐️⭐️
This week I have ramped up my exercise & I'm feeling amazing 💪
4 x Boogie Bounce classes ✅
1 x Bootcamp Bounce class ✅
1 x PT session ✅
1 x 45 minute beach walk ✅
An even bigger win was having my body scan done this morning and finding out I have lost 5% body fat, which is awesome 🤩
