Today we’re celebrating Sarah, our newest receptionist (this is the last birthday for a while, we swear!). 🎉

She joined the clinic and jumped straight into learning the ropes - including spending her first month mastering a system that we then promptly replaced. Talk about great timing! 😅 Despite that little twist, she has handled it all with such grace.

Sarah brings a calm, positive presence to the front desk (and many a yummy treat to our otherwise barren kitchen), and we’re so glad she’s part of the team.

Happy Birthday Sarah! We hope you have a wonderful day and feel very celebrated. 🎂✨

Birthday week continues at YRP… and this time it’s Kev’s turn! 🎉

Help us wish him a belated happy birthday for yesterday. He managed to avoid getting snapped in the birthday tiara yesterday, so I thought I’d surprise him with it today… but he’s unwell and not in the clinic.

Unfortunately for Kev, modern technology exists - so the tiara has been photoshopped on instead. You can run, but you can’t hide!

Dustie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Federation University in 2025 and joins the team at Yarra Ranges Physio with experience from private practice placements across a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

She has a strong interest in general musculoskeletal care, sports injuries, rehabilitation, and supporting people with chronic or complex pain. Dustie enjoys helping clients understand their bodies and regain confidence through education, tailored exercise, and collaborative care.

A Yarra Valley local, her love of sport inspired her physiotherapy journey. Outside work, she enjoys family, friends, and exploring the outdoors with her dog.

Big things happening behind the scenes! 🚀

Our fearless leader has jetted off to the Gold Coast for a Business Owners & Management Symposium - because apparently launching a brand new internal system this week wasn’t quite enough excitement for one person 😅

Yesterday was day one of going live with our new system and… yep… she left the team to it. Brave? Bold? Questionable timing? We’ll let you decide 😂

But personally, I’m taking it as a sign of full confidence in our abilities - nothing says “I trust my team” quite like boarding a plane on launch day ✈️😅

In all seriousness, investing in learning, leadership and growth means we can keep improving how we run the clinic and serve our community. So while we’re holding down the fort (and pressing all the new buttons with one eye closed), she’s bringing back fresh ideas to make things even better.
