Merry Christmas to those who celebrate, and warm holiday wishes to everyone. Thank you to all who have supported us, so grateful ♥️

It’s been a busy year, our nervous systems are often stretched, and our bodies often know when we need rest, even when our minds resist it. Please remember that rest matters. Small moments of downtime are powerful. Rest builds resilience. Rest brings peace.

Be gentle with yourself 🫶🏼

Allison is Rest & Restore’s Restorative Health Practitioner & Group Program Facilitator. Her latest journal entry explores her journey from holiday overwhelm, to a season shaped by capacity, values and genuine connection. It’s a gentle reminder that we can step out of the “more & better” cycle and choose something softer, slower and more meaningful 🌲♥️

If her reflection resonates and you’re craving your own reset after the holidays, our New Year Reset Retreat is the perfect place to begin again. Reach out to us to book your spot, we’d love to welcome you into a space designed to restore, realign and nourish you for the year ahead 🫶🏼〰️

Sometimes all you really need is a break from others needing you. A pause from being the strong one, the listener, the helper, the one who shows up even when you’re running on empty. It’s not selfish to step back; it’s necessary. To breathe. To refill the parts of you that have quietly dimmed from giving too much. Because the truth is, you can’t pour from an empty cup….and sometimes, you just need you for a while.

Did you know that from crystal, to metal and Tibetan singing bowls, each carries its own unique frequency and healing quality, creating harmony for both body and mind? The soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls calm the mind, balance energy, and invite a deep sense of peace. Their resonant tones ease tension and emotional blocks, helping you reconnect with stillness and restore your natural flow 〰️
