At Nigel Support Services, we think that’s a bit like paying a restaurant just to sit at the table before you even order your meal! 🍽️😄

Families and participants deserve to feel informed, confident, and connected to what’s happening during every support shift. That’s why we’ve created an easy and effective system where participants and parents can access shift notes anytime they like.

Even better — participants and families can help design the shift notes so they include the information that matters most to them. Everyone’s needs are different, and we want our notes to answer the questions you actually have.

Random Fact of the Day 💡
Ever wondered where the name Nigel came from?
Many people think it’s just a name… but for us it means so much more. ❤️
The name Nigel actually comes from our two eldest grandchildren — Moroni (Ni) and Angel, (Gel) When you blend their names together, you get Nigel.
They are 7 and 5 years old and are a huge inspiration behind what we do every day.
One of our beautiful grandchildren also lives with ASD Level 2, is non-verbal, and attends a special school. Watching their journey, their strength, and their unique way of experiencing the world has helped shape our passion for supporting others in the community.
Nigel Support was built from love, family, and understanding.
Behind every service we provide is a real story, real people, and a real reason we care so deeply. 💙
