A massive, heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined last night’s session.
The energy in the room toward the end… honestly, it was almost overwhelming in the most beautiful way. Pure love. Pure openness. Pure presence. It was incredible to witness and even more incredible to feel.

I trust that what moved through the space will land exactly as it needs to for each of you — in your own time, in your own way, in your own hearts.

Thank you for the beautiful chats afterward, for your kindness, and for helping pack away the mats and bolsters with such thoughtfulness. I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you.
Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for your healing, and for being part of the final session of 2025.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
May 2026 meet you with everything you’re hoping for — growth, strength, clarity, and the courage to walk through whatever lessons life has woven into your path.

Your reemergence has already begun.
Who you are becoming… who you already are… may it rise and expand as you continue to fill your own cup.

Sending you all so much love.
Keep loving your temple. 💛

✨ Not Into Crowds? This One Is For You. ✨

Last night I held my first sound session in Bunyip — a beautiful, cosy space that’s intentionally designed for very small groups. The energy in the room was gentle, calm, and deeply personal… exactly the kind of atmosphere where sound healing really lands.

Because Bunyip caters to small intimate numbers (5 comfortably), these sessions naturally become more tailored and focused. In an intimate setting, I can offer deeper work such as:
✨ Singing bowls placed directly on the body to release tension and support energetic alignment
✨ Personalised body & Energy field use of tuning forks to clear blocked pathways and regulate the nervous system
✨ Intuitive sound tools that respond to the energy of the moment
✨ A quieter environment where your body feels safe enough to soften and receive

Small-group sound sessions allow the vibration to work more potently. The nervous system drops in faster. The body opens more easily. The experience becomes less about “attending an event” and more about being held in a supportive, nurturing field.
Like my one on one sessions but for a fraction of the price 😉

Bunyip isn’t about crowds — it’s about connection, presence, and depth.

If you prefer intimate spaces where you can truly relax into the experience, my Bunyip sessions might be the perfect fit for you. 🤍
Limited numbers. Deep healing. Beautiful energy.

1. Love Your Temple was born from transformation.
After a powerful spiritual awakening in 2015, I knew deep within that Love Your Temple would one day be the name for my life’s work — a space for healing, remembrance, and reconnection with the sacred within.

2. I’m socially awkward & Im really not a fan of social media.
I’m still learning to navigate the energy of large groups. My human self yearns for comfort and quiet, yet my soul constantly calls me toward expansion — and that’s where I continue to grow.

3. I’ve walked the path of addiction and self-medication.
Those chapters became some of my greatest teachers, guiding me toward compassion, self-forgiveness, and the understanding that healing isn’t linear — it’s a spiral home to wholeness.

4. I’m highly intuitive.
I feel and sense subtle energies — even before words are spoken.
You cannot lie to me , I will know😆
There have been times when listening to my intuition has truly protected me.
While out many years ago, I had the sudden urge I NEEDED to go home.
Once there i sat quietly in my lounge, within 10 minutes I heard my back window being tampered with , I ran out to back of the house an scared off an intruder attempting to get in through my window.
Its times like these that only cemented in my mind how important it is to listen to your intuition and those gut feelings.

5. I’ve always felt there’s more to life than what we see.
Even as a child, I knew there was something deeper — an unseen world, a purpose beyond the physical. I’ve always felt I came here for a reason, and I’m now getting clearer on that mission with every step of this path.

6.I believe in a higher perspective.
In hindsight, I can see that everything — even the hardest, most painful moments — has unfolded with purpose. My greatest pains have become catalysts for learning and healing, and those experiences allow me to hold space for others with depth, empathy, and understanding.

7.I’m an angel-number girl.
I’m that person who yells out when I see 2:22 or 3:33 on the clock/number plate ect
I actually got married on 11.11 — Numbers, signs, and synchronicities remind me that we’re always guided and supported by something greater.

8. Out of fear and limiting self-belief, I almost turned my back on "Love Your Temple" Starting my buisness and holding group sound sessions.
On the very day I was going to cancel my first studio hire booking, I received a surprise package — a book I had ordered four months prior that had been cancelled and refunded. The book was called "Live Your Purpose" by Wayne Dyer.
That was my sign… and I’ve been doing exactly that ever since.
If this moment had not have happened
"Love Your Temple" may still only be a yearning in my heart.

9.I believe our bodies are our temple in this lifetime — our sacred vessels that encase our soul and spirit. We’re here for a certain amount of time in this human vehicle (or “meat suit,” as I like to call it!) to experience the physical realm, to learn, grow, love, and evolve through all the dualities of life, its challenges , it joys , its ups and downs and everything in between.
For our souls growth and evolution

10. Sound,Mantra and Yantra have changed my life.
I have found meaning and peace in sound.
Mantras and sound are more than tools — they’re languages of the soul.
Playing my instruments allows energy to move through me, clearing and harmonising instilling peace in my mind body and spirit

✨ A Note From My Journey ✨

You don’t have to have it all together straight away.
You don’t need to walk fully into where you’re heading, already embodying the highest version of yourself. The first step is always the hardest, but each step you take — no matter how small — brings you closer to the person you’re meant to become. These are some of the lessons my journey has taught me, and I hope they offer a little food for thought for yours.

We are all just walking each other home ❤️❤️

🌟 New Arrivals: Himalayan Singing Bowls 🌟

I’m super excited to share some of the newest additions to my collection: hand-beaten Himalayan singing bowls, including a stunning chakra set from nepal and a very special bowl I brought back from my travels in India.
These sacred tools are more than just instruments—they are gateways to deep relaxation, meditation, and vibrational healing.

🕉A Little History🕉
Himalayan singing bowls have been crafted for thousands of years, with origins traced to the mountains of Nepal, Tibet, and northern India. Traditionally made from seven metals—gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin, and lead—they are carefully hand-beaten, each bowl shaped and tuned by skilled artisans. These metals are said to resonate with the planets and energies of the body, creating a tool that can harmonize mind, body, and spirit.

🕉How They Work🕉
When struck or circled with a mallet, these bowls produce rich, resonant tones that interact with the body’s energy fields. Every note corresponds to specific frequencies that can release tension, realign chakras, and restore balance. This vibrational healing is subtle yet profound—the sound literally travels through the body, bringing deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of groundedness.

🕉Uses in Healing & Meditation🕉
Himalayan bowls are perfect for:
✨ Meditation and mindfulness practices
✨ One-on-one energy healing sessions
✨ Sound baths and group healing circles
✨ Chakra alignment and clearing
✨ Emotional release and stress reduction

Unlike crystal quartz bowls, which have a pure, bright tone, Himalayan bowls carry warmth, complexity, and depth, connecting the listener to ancient traditions and the earth itself. Each bowl has a unique personality—its tone, vibration, and energy are as distinct as a fingerprint.

💫 Experience the magic for yourself—allow the sound to wash over you, release what no longer serves, and open a doorway to inner peace.

Happy Diwali to all my friends and followers
“Let your inner light guide the way. 🌕✨

A little bit about Diwali :

Diwali (Deepavali, meaning “a row of lights”) is one of India’s most sacred and joyful festivals. It symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.

In the Hindu tradition, Diwali is celebrated for several reasons across regions, but the central story comes from the Ramayana:
After Lord Rama, his wife Sita, and brother Lakshmana defeated the demon king Ravana, they returned to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile. To welcome them home, the people of Ayodhya lit rows of oil lamps (diyas), illuminating the entire kingdom in golden light.

This luminous act became a timeless symbol — lighting lamps to awaken the inner light that dispels fear, ego, and darkness within.

Spiritually, Diwali also honors Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of wealth, beauty, and divine abundance. Homes are cleaned and decorated, prayers are offered, and lamps are lit to invite prosperity, purity, and new beginnings.

It is a festival of love, renewal, and illumination — both around and within.
