1. Love Your Temple was born from transformation.
After a powerful spiritual awakening in 2015, I knew deep within that Love Your Temple would one day be the name for my life’s work — a space for healing, remembrance, and reconnection with the sacred within.
2. I’m socially awkward & Im really not a fan of social media.
I’m still learning to navigate the energy of large groups. My human self yearns for comfort and quiet, yet my soul constantly calls me toward expansion — and that’s where I continue to grow.
3. I’ve walked the path of addiction and self-medication.
Those chapters became some of my greatest teachers, guiding me toward compassion, self-forgiveness, and the understanding that healing isn’t linear — it’s a spiral home to wholeness.
4. I’m highly intuitive.
I feel and sense subtle energies — even before words are spoken.
You cannot lie to me , I will know😆
There have been times when listening to my intuition has truly protected me.
While out many years ago, I had the sudden urge I NEEDED to go home.
Once there i sat quietly in my lounge, within 10 minutes I heard my back window being tampered with , I ran out to back of the house an scared off an intruder attempting to get in through my window.
Its times like these that only cemented in my mind how important it is to listen to your intuition and those gut feelings.
5. I’ve always felt there’s more to life than what we see.
Even as a child, I knew there was something deeper — an unseen world, a purpose beyond the physical. I’ve always felt I came here for a reason, and I’m now getting clearer on that mission with every step of this path.
6.I believe in a higher perspective.
In hindsight, I can see that everything — even the hardest, most painful moments — has unfolded with purpose. My greatest pains have become catalysts for learning and healing, and those experiences allow me to hold space for others with depth, empathy, and understanding.
7.I’m an angel-number girl.
I’m that person who yells out when I see 2:22 or 3:33 on the clock/number plate ect
I actually got married on 11.11 — Numbers, signs, and synchronicities remind me that we’re always guided and supported by something greater.
8. Out of fear and limiting self-belief, I almost turned my back on "Love Your Temple" Starting my buisness and holding group sound sessions.
On the very day I was going to cancel my first studio hire booking, I received a surprise package — a book I had ordered four months prior that had been cancelled and refunded. The book was called "Live Your Purpose" by Wayne Dyer.
That was my sign… and I’ve been doing exactly that ever since.
If this moment had not have happened
"Love Your Temple" may still only be a yearning in my heart.
9.I believe our bodies are our temple in this lifetime — our sacred vessels that encase our soul and spirit. We’re here for a certain amount of time in this human vehicle (or “meat suit,” as I like to call it!) to experience the physical realm, to learn, grow, love, and evolve through all the dualities of life, its challenges , it joys , its ups and downs and everything in between.
For our souls growth and evolution
10. Sound,Mantra and Yantra have changed my life.
I have found meaning and peace in sound.
Mantras and sound are more than tools — they’re languages of the soul.
Playing my instruments allows energy to move through me, clearing and harmonising instilling peace in my mind body and spirit
✨ A Note From My Journey ✨
You don’t have to have it all together straight away.
You don’t need to walk fully into where you’re heading, already embodying the highest version of yourself. The first step is always the hardest, but each step you take — no matter how small — brings you closer to the person you’re meant to become. These are some of the lessons my journey has taught me, and I hope they offer a little food for thought for yours.
We are all just walking each other home ❤️❤️
