We are seeking expressions of interest for this role. The structure of this role will be negotiable for the right person and may include clinical work in our Yarrawonga clinic.

This week we are bringing our Exercise Physiology services back to Berry Springs and will be working out of Remote Territory Healthcare 🤍

Jamie will have weekly appointments available and is now taking new referrals under a GP Care Plan, NDIS, DVA, Aged Care Packages and self referrals.

One of our Exercise Physiologists Bailey, is back travelling to the Tiwi Islands, providing exercise and health services to the community.

Last night after work he joined in with the for some footy training! 🏉🏃🏼‍♂️

If you live on Tiwi and would like to see Bailey for help with your exercise and health, he visits once a month for two days, so make sure to ask the clinic when he is next in town!

✨We have started a brand new exercise group class here at our private clinic in Yarrawonga! ✨

The class is aimed specifically for people with a DVA card who are looking to improve their overall strength, fitness and mobility in a fun group setting.

People of all ages and capacities are welcome, as we tailor the classes to suit each individual’s needs and goals.

You are required to have an initial consultation with one of our Exercise Physiologists before attending.

The class will run from 3:30pm to 4:30pm every Monday, no booking required.

We look forward to getting started and getting to work!! 💪😀

We are proud to announce that as of 1 July 2025, the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Program has officially launched! 🎉

The MDT Program aims to improve access to healthcare for people living with chronic diabetes, heart disease and lung conditions in Darwin and Alice Springs by reducing out-of-pocket costs for allied health services and support programs.

✨This week was National Diabetes Week, with the aim to raise awareness and education around the chronic disease. ✨

Type 1 Diabetes is most commonly due to genetics, whereas Type 2 Diabetes is mostly caused by lifestyle and can be prevented.

Both types can be managed through medication, diet and EXERCISE! 🤸

Aerobic and resistance training are super beneficial in the prevention and management of the condition, have a look through the slides for more information.

⭐MEET JACINTA - Psychologist ⭐

Jacinta is a registered psychologist at YouThrive Psychology Services, located within our allied health clinic. She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychological support to people of all ages and life stages — from children and adolescents to adults and older adults.

With a warm, collaborative approach, Jacinta works with clients to navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, stress, relationship issues, and personal growth. She tailors her therapeutic approach to suit each individual’s unique goals, strengths, and stage of life.

Jacinta is passionate about helping people build resilience and thrive, and values working alongside other allied health professionals to support holistic wellbeing.

Jacinta is currently based within Raintree Allied Health every Thursday.
