Carly, thank you for believing in me from day one and continuing to support me every step of the way. Youāve helped me grow, pushed me to learn, invested your time into me and given me opportunities Iāll always be grateful for, including work trips that have taught me so much and shaped who I am in this industry.
I feel so lucky to work somewhere that genuinely doesnāt feel like work. Every day is filled with laughs, learning and moments Iām proud of, and I know that all starts from the environment youāve created.
