Just letting everyone know of the changes to billing for Dr Anjum Musa in 2026. As of the 19/01/2026 Dr Anjum will be billing with the prices pictured below to match GP appointment costs from 2026. You will still receive a Medicare rebate for your appointment which will continue to be processed by reception as usual.

Hello Everyone!

Hope you are having a lovely day.
We are writing to tell our patients about a transition to a new area of care.
Dr Hannah has found a passion for Psychotherapy, and is moving towards this new career path full-time starting in 2026. This will mean that as of the 01/01/2026 Dr Hannah Burn will no longer be able to provide care as a General Practitioner. All appointments already booked for 2026 will be honoured, but no further bookings in this area shall be added. This decision has been one of careful consideration. The Yass Valley and the people in it have been wonderful to work with and care for, and the time spent with the community has been precious and a much-valued journey.

Dr Anjum Musa will continue to support the community in her current role and we are actively recruiting for more GPs as well as allied health care practitioners and specialists to continue to support the community. It is our hope that in providing a notice period, our patient base will have the benefit of some time to make decisions around the direction of their care. We will support and assist in any choice made by our patients, including transfer of medical records if this is requested. Dr Hannah will be continuing to work in the Yass Valley in the psychotherapy space, and Old Linton will remain available to patients as it always has, with Dr Hannah still available to handover and facilitate transfer of care as needed.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the community for being such a wonderful place to grow and learn over the past 13 years, and appreciate your understanding and support for this change.
