✨ What I’d Tell Past Me…
The girl who thought she’d already tried everything to feel healthy and well.
Gym memberships.
Diets.
Doctors.
Naturopaths.
Yoga classes.
My poor mum spent thousands trying to help me feel better. Lots of things helped, a little. But nothing fixed it.
Migraines.
Scoliosis.
Feeling constantly “off.”
Flat. Foggy. Fragile.
Always managing, never thriving.
I accepted it.
“This is just how I am.”
But here’s what I wish I’d known, those struggles weren’t punishment. They were preparation.
They were refining my sensitivity so that one day, I’d recognise what would change everything.
💫 1. Just because you haven’t found it yet doesn’t mean you won’t.
You might think you’ve “tried yoga,” but not all yoga is the same. The right lineage will change your life from the inside out.
🌡️ 2. At first, it’ll feel insane.
Yoga in a 40° room?
Backbending down a wall?
People will think you’re crazy. You’ll think you’re crazy. Until savasana.
Then you’ll feel reborn.
🔥 3. Without struggle, there is no discipline.
The challenge becomes medicine.
The heat becomes clarity.
The body becomes home.
🌺 Years later, when others move on, you’ll double down.
You’ll open your own yoga school on a farm.
You’ll fly across the world to keep learning.
And yes, you’ll wonder if you’re delusional again,
but you’ll know the truth in your bones:
This practice saved your life.
And now it’s your turn to share it and pay it forward.
