Our story

Hi, my name is Milena. I’m originally from Brazil, where I studied Physiotherapy, graduated in 2011 and became a Pilates instructor in 2014. I have been teaching Pilates in Australia since January 2019. In 2014 I met, my now, husband and since then we have moved back and forth between Australia and Brazil. In September 2018 I moved permanently to Yass.

I am accredited to teach Matwork Pilates in Australia through Studio Pilates.

All aspects for creating a balanced life. Vida is the Portuguese word for ‘life’ and I want to help you develop a balanced lifestyle.
