Headspace Yass Social Drop in is moving to THURSDAYS to fit in with our new centre opening hours.
Starts Tuesday 14th with a small break starting back up on THURSDAY 30th Oct.
Still 4-6pm and still at headspace, 10 Crago street, Yass.

Consent Matters 💚

Romantic and sexual relationships come in all shapes and sizes.

What makes them healthy? Respect, clear boundaries, and consent.

Consent doesn’t have to be awkward – just ask! The other person can choose to say yes or no.

👉 Pay attention to body language and tone of voice. If their facial expressions, body language (like shrugging, crossing arms, avoiding kisses) or tone of voice don’t match their words, then you don’t have consent.

💡 Remember: consent must be enthusiastic.

Age of Consent in NSW
✔️ The legal age of consent is 16.
✔️ Anyone under 16 cannot legally agree to sexual activity.
✔️ There are some exceptions for peers close in age (14–15 year olds) and protections for people under special care.
