Do you only want to be able to do your heaviest squat once?
Do you only want to do a pull up once? Or only for a week?

I bet your answer is no, I bet you want to be able to do those things and continue to improve them as times goes on.

I bet you want to feel strong, healthy and confident everyday not just for a 12 week challenge.

Commit and decided that you’re going to show up and be the best version of you everyday no matter how hard.

Mobility is essential as it prepares our bodies for the stress of training.

It is a vital contributor to reducing the risk of injuries as well as improving technique and range of movement.

Mobilizing can be a low-intensity exercise that will give your body a break and help it heal from high-intensity training.

It is important to note that strength alone isn't enough to have good mobility.

If you’re prone to sore wrists, ankles, knees and hips it can be an indicator that your body isn’t getting a great range of motion & be the first sign of an injury in the future.

Always mobilize your:
Ankles, hips, thoracic spine, shoulders and neck before starting your workout!

What comes to mind when you look in the mirror?

If your answer is:
I wanna be Skinny
No abs
Less cellulite
I need to eat less
Why do I look like this?
I’m not good enough
I don’t see a difference so why bother?

Chances are you’re not working on your mindset as well as your nutrition and fitness.

All 3 of these things needs to align to help you become the person you want to love in the mirror.

I can tell you that what you see right now is amazing and there is nothing ‘wrong’ with you.
But you probably won’t believe me.

I love changing that mindset and feeling when I meet people, it’s one of my favorite aspects of my job.

What I want to help you to see if that no matter how much exercise you do, or how ‘healthy’ you eat or how little you eat, if you’re not happy in your mind and how you see your self
.all of that time, planning and hard work won’t matter.
You’ll still have the same brain when you get home. Most of the things we are told and feel as ‘healthy’ are actually forms of self sabotage.

Now, How do you want to FEEL when you look in the mirror?
If you want your answer to be:
Strong
Confident
Empowered
Brave
Proud
Nurtured
Sexy
Beautiful
Healthy

Change your mindset and it will change your life!
Do exercises you enjoy, get a coach, educate yourself on a balanced diet & work out what all of those positive words actually mean to you & what you need to change to become that person.

It’s not impossible, it just takes a shift & then it’s like a domino effect, things will fall into place ❀
