Here's a little peek into my healing space. My clients often refer to it as the "cocoon" or "nest," where they can step inside and be fully held within its protective energy. The safety of this healing container is vital for deep personal transformation. The body and nervous system will only release stuck energy and trauma when they feel secure, a process that can take time, especially for those carrying long-held pain.

This confidential environment allows you to explore your innermost self, with the depth of healing directly linked to the strength of the container. In this space, layers of trauma can be gently peeled back, allowing for the dissolution of patterns and the release of what no longer serves.

The container also provides a place to acknowledge and hold the shadow aspects of ourselves. When these parts are seen and accepted, they can be transmuted, leading to powerful, cathartic release. Here, we can access the deep roots of our pain and safely clear the anchor points that have been disrupting our well-being.

Without a safe container, true healing is unlikely. It is the foundation upon which transformation is built, integral to the magic and effectiveness of the healing process.

Allow me to introduce myself! Hi! I’m Kelly 👋🏼 or ‘Kel’ as most people call me.

I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), psychic intuitive healer, artist, and empath. I’ve always felt and experienced life on a deeply profound level, something that has been with me since childhood. This sensitivity made it challenging for me to navigate the world in my early years, leaving me feeling different and out of place. Without the right tools to support my sensitive nature, I often found the highly stimulating and overwhelming world around me to be a constant assault on my senses.

As a result, I found solace in nature, playing freely in the liminal space between worlds, as I curiously explored, and immersed myself in the hidden, diverse landscapes I found there.

Walking this difficult path, has been a healing pilgrimage back to my soul and true self. I now embrace my sensitive nature as both a strength and superpower. It has also become the healing medicine I offer to others who may require the maps, pathways, tools, and guidance I once longed for.

My greatest wish is to support your awakening, nurture your sensitive gifts, and help you live more freely from a protected and sovereign energetic space. I want to help you experience the lasting joy that comes from living in alignment with your soul, purpose, and authentic nature.

* I love this pic! It’s from my recent initiation into the Temple of my 2 year Spirit Magic Apprenticeship. I wove this crown with Eucalyptus Radiata, which I collected in the pouring rain, the morning of the ceremony. Completely drenched amongst the overpowering smell of their yellow blooms, I laughed, and felt the healing presence and support of my ancestors dancing me through this powerful rite of passage.

It brings me such joy to support and witness others transform and reconnect to their power.

In this session we had initiated a soul retrieval process for her younger soul part that had shown up curiously throughout our previous two sessions. As we created safety in my clients system to be able to fully call her home, I clairvoyantly witnessed a mystical Guatemalan Shaman enter the space. He had a big, vibrant, colourful feather headdress, strong, chiseled facial features, and deep wise eyes. We both immediately experienced the full somatic sensation of his presence. I could sense he was a very powerful medicine man, and he came in to assist the integration of the little one, and to continue to guide and support my client in her awakening. We welcomed him into the session and he proceeded to bring forth a ceremonial frequency that danced and filtered into my clients energetics.

Both myself and my client marvelled about the power of her Shaman at the end of the session, and we were both excited to see how this new energy would unfold and integrate into her life.

It is always such an honour and privilege to do this work, but myself and my team are only ever as good as the person who enters the space, open and willing to do the work. There are many magical golden threads leading us home to our power, but they may be blocked or hidden because of past trauma, energetic blocks, and old beliefs and agreements. Sometimes we are unable to find these on our own and need the support of another to reawaken and remember the deepest truth of who we are.

This week, I had the honour of facilitating a deeply profound ancestral healing session, where both my client and I experienced the powerful currents of healing that traversed countless lifetimes within her lineage. The healing energies not only reverberated through the past but also extended outwards and into the future, embracing her children in a poignant dance of restoration. This opened a web of pathways for repair, to release inherited burdens and generations of displacement. We also called on the enlightened ancestors to bring forth their blessings to fuel the transformative process.

As the healing continued, a moving spectacle unfolded before my eyes: a myriad of souls, each carrying the weight of ancestral suffering, expanded within their heart centres, sprouting ethereal wings that gracefully propelled them towards the luminous embrace of the light. Witnessing this procession instantly brought tears to my eyes, overwhelmed by the infinite beauty of a healing that spanned dimensions.

It then became apparent that the ancestors were expressing their gratitude for the restoration bestowed upon them, as I received a very clear vision of a single delicate white feather. A gracious gift and symbol of acknowledgment for the healing exchanged.

To my astonishment, as I stepped outside my home this morning, a, sizeable white, luminous feather lay gracefully at my doorstep, sending shivers throughout my body with the unmistakable realisation that it was the exact gift glimpsed during the session—a tangible manifestation of ancestral gratitude.
