If you’re trying to get work as an independent support worker, here’s the honest truth, you can’t just drop a random post in a Facebook group and hope for the best.

You’re offering a service, and like any service, people need to feel confident, safe, and reassured before they reach out. That means showing who you are, what you offer, your experience, and why you’re trustworthy.

Creating a digital presence changed everything for me. It allowed me to present professionally, build credibility, and show consistency, not just say it 💛✨

And that’s a wrap on our Season of Support💙

Over the past week, we’ve shared small (and big) ways support can show up at this time of year, from giving back locally, paying it forward, helping out a friend, to simply showing kindness where we can.

As we head into Christmas Eve, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for supporting this campaign, and for supporting me throughout this entire year! It truly means more than I can put into words.

However you’re spending the next few days, I hope they’re filled with warmth, connection and moments that feel supportive to you.
