Our team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything is well organised and that all current participants continue to receive the quality care, support, and attention they deserve.

Ocean Support Services is looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team! If you’re committed to person-centred care and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
✔ Daily living support (personal care, meals, household tasks)
✔ Community access & social participation
✔ SIL & SDA support (sleepovers & ratio care)
✔ Hoist use & behaviour support plans
✔ Promote independence, dignity & choice
What you need:
✔ Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Aged Care or similar, First Aid, CPR
✔ Minimum 12 months experience
✔ SIL/SDA experience preferred
✔ Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
✔ Availability for weekends & sleepovers
What we offer:
