📍 Yeppoon, Capricorn Coast QLD | 🕒 Casual – 20+ hours available
Ocean Support Services is looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team! If you’re committed to person-centred care and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
✔ Daily living support (personal care, meals, household tasks)
✔ Community access & social participation
✔ SIL & SDA support (sleepovers & ratio care)
✔ Hoist use & behaviour support plans
✔ Promote independence, dignity & choice
What you need:
✔ Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Aged Care or similar, First Aid, CPR
✔ Minimum 12 months experience
✔ SIL/SDA experience preferred
✔ Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
✔ Availability for weekends & sleepovers

Support Coordination helps NDIS participants and families understand their NDIS plan and connect with the right supports.
A Support Coordinator can help with:
• Understanding your NDIS plan
• Finding and linking with service providers
• Coordinating supports and appointments
• Navigating changes or challenges
• Building confidence to manage supports
Support Coordination takes the stress out of the NDIS so you can focus on what matters most 💙
