With a genuine passion for Disability Care, Youth Care, and disability advocacy, Riley brings enthusiasm, dedication, and heart to everything they do. Creating positive connections and ensuring participants feel supported and heard is what Riley does best.

Outside of work, you’ll find Riley enjoying music, gaming, and most importantly, continuing to find ways to give back and support our community.

With over 8 years of experience in the Disability Industry, Julia is the powerhouse keeping Soulmate Care running smoothly every single day.

Specialising in mental health and conflict resolution, Julia holds formal qualifications in the field and brings invaluable lived experience in trauma response, emotional regulation, and navigating complex mental health challenges. Her depth of understanding allows her to lead with empathy, strength, and practical solutions.

Julia oversees all operations across the organisation, ensuring both our team and our participants feel supported, heard, and empowered. Whether she’s working behind the scenes coordinating services or on the front lines connecting directly with staff and participants, Julia leads with heart and dedication.

She especially loves personally catching up with everyone — because at Soulmate Care, relationships always come first 💙

Richmond has over 8 years of experience in Disability Care and a strong background working with youth, particularly supporting individuals with heightened behaviours. His passion comes from lived experience — having faced his own challenges growing up, Richmond brings genuine understanding, empathy, and connection to the young people and participants we support.

Soulmate Care was founded 4 years ago, and since then Richmond has been the driving force behind the scenes — managing our accommodation services, supporting our team both professionally and emotionally, and inspiring us every day to give our absolute best to the vulnerable people in our community.
