From those first arrivals to the quiet moments of unpacking and getting acquainted, Arcadia is starting to feel lived in. A place where everyday life can truly begin to unfold.

Seeing the village come to life and sharing these first moments with residents and families has been incredibly rewarding. There are smiles, conversations and a shared feeling that something special is beginning here. We’re proud to welcome everyone home and look forward to the community that will continue to grow from here.

An exciting milestone here at Arcadia – the Banksia Residences and Care Hub have reached practical completion.

The final touches are underway, with our teams preparing each space to feel warm, welcoming and ready for the first residents who will join us from the end of the month. From the serene resident bar and lounge to the calming outdoor areas and the stunning rooftop views of the Brisbane skyline and Mt Coot‑tha, every element has been considered to create a sense of ease and connection.

In the Banksia Residences, future residents will enjoy:
