Vitality Chiropractic honestly changed my quality of life.

I was quite hesitant to go to a chiropractic clinic as I didn't think it would be useful and is all pseudoscience. How wrong I was.

Dr. Geoff Cowie was able to relieve my back-pain in just months and has allowed me to move and regain strength and mobility in areas I thought were damaged with no recovery option.

My back pain occurred and built-up through years of military training with further irritation caused by weights training. As I currently type this out, I feel as if none of the back pain had even begun all those years ago.

Dr. Geoff Cowie acts extremely professional and from the beginning of the interaction with the clinic, you are never given information that doesn't make sense or seems odd.

To anyone who is struggling with back pain or wants a professional to check, I would recommend Vitality Chiropractic clinic.

Some goodbyes are harder than others 💙 After 10 wonderful years of care, today we said farewell to our dear patient Thomas as he begins a new chapter interstate. It was actuslly pretty emotional— the real gift has been the friendship, laughter, and trust he’s shared with us over the years.
