Enrolments are open for Term 4!

Join me from mid-October for a term of Yoga practices to build strength, flexibility and mobility in the body, soften the mind's activities and regulate your nervous system.

Suitable for experienced and new students, all classes are designed to help you find pose variations and movements that meet you where you're at.

TERM 4 YOGA CLASSES

- Postnatal (Mums & Bubs) Yoga -
Mondays 10:00 - 11:15 am
6 weeks - 12 months postpartum

- Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth -
Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm
(each class includes 15 minutes of pregnancy and birth education)

- General Hatha Yoga -
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:45 pm
Fridays 9:30 - 10:45 am

- Restorative Yin Yoga -
Sundays 5:00 - 6:45 pm
Monthly dates in Term 4 to be announced

I’m delighted to be joining the wonderful Mullany family in September to bring you Yoga in the Blossoms - a special class in a beautiful setting.

Join me amongst the cherry trees for an all-levels Hatha Yoga class at the annual Ballinaclash Spring Blossom Festival.

Enjoy 60 minutes of serene movement, breathing practices and relaxation to leave you feeling as open and light as the blossoms that surround you.

Stay to enjoy live music with a glass of local wine and a picnic, or take a pottery or art class in the orchard as we celebrate the beauty of spring in the Hilltops.

No experience with Yoga is necessary. BYO mat; all props provided.

Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth classes are so much more than movement for pregnancy.

Each class we come together to share about the week that's been and thoughts on your pregnancy and planned birth.
As a qualified Childbirth Educator, I share in-depth information on how your body and baby work in pregnancy, labour and birth to empower you with the knowledge you need to make the right decisions for you.

You'll move your body to relieve pregnancy discomfort and prepare your body for birth and postpartum.
You'll learn breathing practices to support a connected birth and keep you balanced throughout pregnancy and life's general stressors.
You'll experience guided relaxations and visualisations to support you through pain, insomnia, fatigue and overwhelm.
And most of all, you'll leave feeling better than when you arrived, surrounded by a supportive group of local pregnant women.

Term 3 begins this week and I'd love to have you with us.
No experience necessary.

Enrolments are open for Term 3! We'll be focusing on Yoga to support you through winter and the transition to spring - combining grounding, strengthening practices with uplifting energetic practices to expand your breath and mind.

My Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth course is being rewritten over the term break to integrate more birth preparation and new techniques I've studied and have been teaching ad hoc for a while. I can't wait to share it with the next group of pregnant Mummas!

New and experienced students are welcome in all classes.

It's finally here! The beautiful crisp mornings followed by brilliant winter sunshine. Ahh, winter!

The Yogic approach to winter includes movement, pranayama, meditations, routines and nourishment to balance the season's energy and tune into its gifts.

From the perspective of Yoga and Ayurveda, winter is a time in which the earth and water elements are dominant (kapha season). There are also times when air and ether are strongly in the mix, bringing cool, drying air into the mix.

Utilise these tips for your home practice to make the most of this wonderful time of year.
