The yoga practices i share come under the umbrella of restoratives, meditation, energy, shamanism and sound.
They are far more than learning to relax deeply, far more than being present for a second or learning a technique in how to breathe.
It’s a way to live by.
The essence is, to feel your world underneath all the noise, beneath the stillness or silence.
To know how you operate, what is your default, do you know ? then you get to choose how to live your life.
Circumstanses may or may not change but how you perceive life can be transformational.
What do you choose ?
How to step aside from some patterns we live by, that are not always so helpful.
How do you find peace in a world of chaos.
How do you stand strong when challenges arise.
It’s not about being this or that, it’s about knowing from deep within yourself, who you are.
How to remain stable in times of uncertainty, how to come back to centre. To feel and know your worth.
This becomes easier to see as we slip into slow, making time, creating space … for what really matters to you.
It comes down to practice, starting with awareness that builds presence, that creates space, that leads to an opening of the heart, to live with a depth of joy and wisdom, with unconditional love for all of life.
I guess this is my practice and i make my practice my life.
Saying that, take what resonates with you and leave the rest at the door. I am not trying to change or fix anyone. I just share from my own experience.
The journey never ends but the gravy of life gets richer 💫
