A good 2 days for our members

Today the Gaiety theatre in Zeehan was buzzing, full of stall holders, gem and mineral displays, art, photos, woodwork and beautiful jewellery💍💎

The handiwork of the Zeehan Mens Shed was on display- I was pretty pleased with the little wooden bowl and earrings I bought made by local artist Shirley Garwood.

Nice to be on the West Coast for the annual Heritage and Minerals Fair.

Weather permittingTasmania Fire Service will be conducting a fuel reduction burn:
ℹ️ on Sunday 24 September
ℹ️ at Zeehan, West Coast
ℹ️ of approximately 39 hectares
ℹ️ which will likely take 1-2 days to complete.

Further information about this burn is available by contacting Tasmania Fire Service on phone 1800 000 699 or email BRU@fire.tas.gov.au.

This burn is part of the state-wide Fuel Reduction Program which is aimed at reducing the bushfire risk to help protect lives and communities.
