Connecting and intuitively following the other, in that deep connection we embody more presence within ourselves.

What you’re seeing here isn’t about fixing anything or trying to force a breakthrough. It’s just me holding space while people come back into their bodies in their own way.

A bit of breath, a bit of movement, sometimes stillness… sometimes emotion… whatever needs to move, moves.

I’m in it as well, learning to listen to my own body, learning when to slow down and when to let things unfold.

This is just a space to step out of the head a little, feel what’s actually there, and give the body a chance to do what it naturally does when it feels a bit safer.
