0–100: Half Marathon Prep 🏃♂️🔥
Starting running feels big… until you remember the simplest rule:
“Just start. Be consistent. Don’t think about the result.”
That’s the first step from 0 → 100.
And when it comes to preparing for a half marathon, it’s not about smashing every session — it’s about building a routine you can repeat and feel confident in:
✅ Build your base with easy runs (most runs should feel comfortable)
✅ Build up slowly (progressive overload) 📈 — add distance step by step, don’t jump straight into long runs if your body isn’t used to it. Condition yourself wisely.
✅ One longer run each week to build endurance steadily
✅ Strength + recovery 🏋️♀️ — strengthen muscles, help joints adapt, improve activation, and feel smoother running
✅ Stay patient + don’t compare 🚫 — progress isn’t linear. Have fun. It’s your race, your pace, your goals.
Because comfort comes from consistency — and consistency comes from keeping it simple.
