Emotional Transformation
It is human (and even healthy) to experience emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, worry and impatience. These emotions make us human. However, if we hold on to these strong emotions for too long we can experience energy blockages they create in our brain, our nervous system and our vital organs. If you never learned how to express or release these emotions, it is possible that over time you start to experience an extreme build up of pression in the brain, affecting your mental health. If the organ affected by the emotion becomes energetically blocked, this will also affect the other communicating organs. As the body is always looking for homeostasis, or balance, any energetic pression building up in one part of the body leads to an energetic depression in another part of the body. Over time this leads to a feeling of confusion, disconnection and a state of being lost.
Strong emotions also affect our healthy breathing pattern (we hold the breath, or the breath gets stuck) and that leads to an imbalance in the nervous system, a deprivation of necessary oxygen supply to the brain, which may result in a feeling of brain-fog, energetic weakness and the inability to face daily tasks.
It is therefor important to learn how to rebalance on a physical, energetic and emotional level and restore the breath to enable the body to recover the energetic balance in the body and the mind. In our “Emotional Transformation” program we teach participants self-care tools to identify, release and transform stuck energy patterns with the help of breathing techniques, visualizations, sounds, colors and meditations.
