🎨 Team Building Plan di Mayor – The Art of Family
Sometimes the best way to understand families… is through art.
Today, our team — Bert, Thalina, Michelmira and Michella — stepped away from our daily work with parents and children to participate in a beautiful Art Workshop by artist Elise Lejuez, centered around one powerful theme: Family.
In a space filled with colors, brushes, laughter, and reflection, we explored what family means — not only through our professional lens, but also through our personal stories and emotions. Each canvas became a small window into the many shapes and layers that families can have.
Just like in our work at Plan di Mayor, the workshop reminded us that every family is unique. Sometimes colorful, sometimes complex, sometimes abstract — but always deserving of understanding, patience, and care.
Moments like these strengthen our team, deepen our perspective, and inspire us to continue supporting families and children with empathy and creativity.
