I.L. Laboratorio Familiar N.V. is the largest Private Laboratory on Aruba. Also the 1st clinical lab Irene van der Linde. Through the years the I.L.

was founded in 1986 as the first private medical laboratory established in Aruba, Dutch Caribbean by the proprietor and Director Lic. The laboratory provides general medical laboratory services and is equipped with a large number of the most modern and sophisticated laboratory equipment that are able to carry out specialized tests in a much shorter period of time. This to facilitate better service to the public by providing results within 24 hours. also expanded its services towards the rural areas and established several specimen collecting centers in these areas to facilitate the patients from outside the town areas a much easier and quicker access to the laboratory. Centers are established in Santa Cruz, Oranjestad, San Nicolas, Pos Chiquito, Tanki Flip, Paradera and Madiki. The main office is in de la Sallestraat 72 in Oranjestad. avails now of 7 laboratory facilities. It provides general medical laboratory services such as blood-, urine- and f***l analyses to patients. The majority of patients visiting the laboratory facilities have been referred hereto by their family doctors. But the laboratory also provides services to specialist physicians, insurance companies, hotels, cruise ships, and private companies that require pre-employment drug screening for their new employees. The laboratory also provides physical examinations at affordable prices for children and adults. In addition, it provides sample collection services at domicile without any additional costs. The interior decoration is classical, with color tints that are relaxing and customer friendly to make visitors feel comfortable and at ease. Furthermore, hot and cold refreshments and snacks are available to all laboratory visitors in the laboratory waiting room.

Becoming the first internationally accredited medical laboratory in Aruba and the Caribbean (ISO 15189).
