🌟 VEGAN AT CUBA’S COOKIN’ 🌟

The vegan menus just got a refresh and you’ll want to head over there asap because this food is so good!

There are new dishes on the lunch and dinner menu (different dishes, so you can dine there for both meals and try something unique).

The chocolate cake recipe has been upgraded so try that too even if you’ve had it before.

And if you’re new to Cuba’s Cookin’ then I recommend the strawberry margarita which is not pictured because I started drinking it before filming 🍹

🧑🏾‍🍳 Each season, Infini’s talented chefs create a brand new menu highlighting diverse ingredients honoring local & Caribbean flavors.

🥂 They always have a main menu and then a vegan version of this menu that is nearly identical in all ways except the main proteins. The team is proud to serve both menus equally, ensuring the vegan experience is high quality and exciting not just for vegans but for anyone curious enough to try something new.

✨ NEW FOOD JUST DROPPED ✨

Marea at JOIA by Iberostar is launching their new menu today and it’s 30% vegan!

From impossible kebabs to local mushroom curry…from nachos with cashew crema and cauliflower chili to spicy “crab” cakes, there’s something for everyone!

This menu at Marea is the second 30% vegan menu to launch at JOIA (first is at Bucatini). The resort group is working toward all menus being 30% vegan because of their sustainability initiative Wave of Change and their value of inclusivity in guest services.

Italian food in Aruba just got an upgrade!

The new menu .aruba launches tomorrow (Friday Aug 15th) and 30% of the menu is vegan!

Here’s what you’ll find vegan on the menu:

🥖 Vegan friendly bread basket (focaccia)
🥗 2 appetizer + soup + salad
🍕 2 pizzas (house made cashew cheese)
🍝 2 pastas (one with impossible meatballs!)
🍄‍🟫 mushroom risotto (house made cashew parm)
👧🏼 Vegan pizza & pasta on the kids menu
🍨 Panna cotta & sorbet for dessert

Beyond the delicious food, you’ll find professionally trained staff who are excited to serve you the new vegan dishes and get your feedback 👏
