She’s a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Thanatologist, Mediator, Caregiving Consultant, Educator, End of Life Doula, AND a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200, Kripalu)! 🧘♀️✨

Her caregiving journey began close to home when her mom experienced a traumatic brain injury, shifting everything her family knew about memory and mobility. 🎗️💔 As her mother’s primary caregiver, Nneka’s learned the incredible balancing act of work, life, and caregiving roles.

This powerful experience launched her practice, bringing deep personal AND professional insight to support caregivers like YOU. Caregiver Consulting and Mediation stands on the frontline of empowering caregivers to *reclaim* their lives with mindfulness tools and compassionate guidance. 💪🌿
