ORCA Offshore is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant Officer with 1C Experience

Location: Baku, Salyan Highway 13km, Shykhov
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong command of 1C accounting software. The successful candidate will play a key role in day to day finance operations of the company, overseeing and managing our financial processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The candidate must have understanding of the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations using 1C software
• Manage and oversee bank operations
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements

ORCA Offshore is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in the oil and gas market to drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with major clients.
The candidate must have understanding of the oil and gas sector, proven sales leadership, and a strong track record of achieving targets in a competitive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Updating of quotes reflection sheets and other reports reporting to the Sales Executive/Sales Manager of the status of orders (on daily basis)
- International Procurement Issues
- Tracking of shipments with purchased orders
- Preparation of shipping documents, tracking of shipments with purchased orders
- Negotiations with suppliers/clients and placement of orders in regards to supply
- Assisting with supply/service/rental queries on a day to day basis depending on current work schedule, client requirement and daily sales meeting/points/discussions
- Preparation/review of the sales contracts/tender documentation
- Maintaining relationships with existing/New customers and suppliers

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
