Please note that the FEBS Supported Society Education Events (for events that will take place January-June 2026) application deadline is only 5 days later - December 15.
FEBS provides financial support of up to €2,000 for in-person educational events and up to €750 for online formats. These events can take various forms, from dedicated workshops to educational sessions at society congresses, focusing on innovative teaching methods, professional skills development, or emerging topics in molecular life sciences education.
This year, we are particularly encouraging events that address AI and Machine Learning in Molecular Life Sciences: Tools, Ethics, and Education AND Skills for Industry 4.0: Preparing Life Science Students for the Biotech Revolution, although proposals on other educational topics in molecular life sciences are equally welcome.
The funding is available to all members of FEBS Constituent Societies, and we particularly welcome innovative approaches to education and training that can benefit our wider community.
