It is this deepest of connections that we strengthen as we become more Aware of our bodies, our emotions and our thoughts. Conscious movement is a one path that can lead to this. As we become aware of our movement, as we become aware of our breath we connect to Life.

Ease of movement helps create peace of mind and freedom in the body allowing for optimal function. Integration of movement helps to deepen the body’s Awareness, illuminating the feeling of connection within.
