Sandy Crest and Coverley Medical Centres are seeking a skilled Sales Representative with a strong track record to join our growing team.

Ideal candidate must be:

• Organized and efficient
• Quick to learn
• Strong communicator
• Target-driven
• Excellent team player

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Promoting services through marketing initiatives
• Generating and following up on leads
• Meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Managing client records and booking appointments

Requirements:

• Strong command of the English language
• CXC English & Mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years in promotional/sales roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience in a healthcare setting would be an asset
• Must be flexible and available on weekends

We are seeking to recruit an individual with procurement experience to join the Operations Department at Sandy Crest Medical Centre.

The successful applicant must be:

• Well organized and customer-focussed
• An effective communicator
• Adaptable and quick to learn
• A strong team player
• Skilled at multi-tasking

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating with local and international suppliers for competitive pricing
• Researching, recommending, and purchasing stock items after approval
• Entering all purchases and distributions to departments into QuickBooks
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of equipment and consumables
• Participating in annual stock audits and coordinating with external auditors
• Monitoring inventory and supply levels for “stock-outs” and close dated supplies
• Processing stock orders by department twice weekly

Requirements:

• At least four CXCs, including English Language and Mathematics or Principles of
Accounts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks would be an asset
• Flexible schedule - available to work weekends and bank holidays
• Prior experience in procurement or a similar role, preferably in healthcare
