WALK WITH A DOC OCTOBER 2025

Stress Less, Live More!

We had a wonderful WWAD session yesterday!
The morning kicked off with a short health talk on the importance of stress management, followed by some light stretching and a sneak peek into laughter therapy — and it was absolutely awesome!

After that, we took two rounds around Taman Jaya, chatting in small groups about health and wellness while enjoying the fresh air and good company.

We’re so happy to see our community growing — more new faces, more energy, and more shared smiles each time.

Thank you everyone for joining us, and we hope to see you all again at our next Walk With A Doc session!

Walk With A Doc – Siri ke-5, 2025

Pada 24 Ogos 2025, kami telah mengadakan siri ke-5 Walk With A Doc di Taman Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Alhamdulillah, program berjalan lancar dengan kehadiran komuniti yang ceria dan bersemangat. Peserta berpeluang mendengar perkongsian bermanfaat daripada AP Dr Fadzilah Hanum bertajuk “Fuelling Brain Health: The Lifestyle Prescription”, sebelum sama-sama berjalan santai sambil berbual dengan para doktor.

Walk With A Doc – 5th Session of 2025

On 24th August 2025, we successfully held our 5th Walk With A Doc at Taman Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

The morning was filled with positive vibes. Attendees enjoyed an insightful health talk by AP Dr Fadzilah Hanum on “Fuelling Brain Health: The Lifestyle Prescription”, followed by a fun walking session while chatting with doctors.
