Walk With A Doc PJ โ Februari 2026
Terima kasih kepada semua rakan-rakan yang sertai kami Ahad lepas di Taman Jaya. Kali ni memang lain sikit daripada biasa. Selalunya kita dengar health talk dulu, kemudian baru berjalanโฆ tapi edisi kali ni kita warm-up dengan Zumba 30 minit dulu sebelum jalan. Terus berpeluh awal pagi. Mantap. Janji bersenam ๐
Lepas ceramah oleh Prof Nahar, peserta dah jelas beza senaman intensiti rendah, sederhana dan tinggi. Jadi bukan sekadar bergerak, tapi kita dah tahu macam mana nak bersenam dengan betul.
Jumpa lagi pada sesi seterusnya. Bawa keluarga, bawa kawan, bawa jiran sekali. Kesihatan ni paling seronok bila dibuat sama-sama ๐ค

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Sunday at Taman Jaya. This session felt a little different from our usual format. Instead of talk then walk, we started with a 30 minute Zumba session before the walk. Morning sweat achieved!
After Prof Naharโs sharing, participants now understand the difference between low, moderate and high intensity exercise. Not just moving, but exercising the right way.
Do join us again for the next event. Bring your family, bring a friend, bring a neighbour too. Health becomes easier when it is done together ๐ถโโ๏ธ
