My new Award Winning film project entitled: "When The Fire Comes" - A song in solidarity for Ukraine 🙏❤️ is now off to various IMDb, Gold and Academy Award affiliated film 📽️ festivals, Thank you all for your love 💗 and support... Thank you Filmstrip International Festival for the official selection nod for my 1st film "HERO" - A Tribute to Frontline healthcare workers. This is the 12th consecutive - Official Selection - award for my project, which also recieved a special acknowledgement from President Joe Biden! 💯🔥🔥🔥 I'm in happy tears 😥 wow we worked so hard on this project and I personally wore so many hats on this project that was produced in the darkest days of the pandemic 🙏 when my city was on lockdown, when we were seeing 1,000 deaths a day. I almost got arrested twice while trying to film some important scenes. A huge shoot out to my lead actress, my film crew and my ICP Entertainment family for believing in me from day 1 that this film just had to be made, and our healthcare workers in NYC and across the entire globe 🌎 who are still on the Frontline battling Covid 19 and it's variants Just had to be acknowledged on an epic scale 💯 I love you all and respect your service ❤️ YOU inspired HERO 👏👏👏👏👏. brought another one home for my city of NY baby 💕

My next film project is entitled: "When The Fire Comes", a project very dear to my heart ❤️ in complete support, unity, love and solidarity for all my brothers and sisters of Ukraine ❤️ during these most difficult and uncertain times 🙏. I cannot wait to share it with you and the entire world 🌍. Festivals like yourself and others who still forged ahead even through a pandemic to select and screen the films of Filmmakers like myself, stand as a testament to the entire world, that the arts must never be diminished 💯 , as we say in Jamaica 🇯🇲 one love ❤️ 🙏

As you see in these pics the Filmming of HERO was not as easy as some would think, it was a very technical process as well, and I almost got arrested while Filmming and directing one pivotal and important scene 😳 remember at the height of covid19 there were no Filmming permits so I and my team had no choice but to go full guerilla to get some scenes shot...
