This is one of our clinic days at the Help Madina Charity UK Diabetes & Hypertension Clinic in Madina Tonko Limba, Kamabia District.

We’ve seen lives transformed no more long, costly journeys to big towns for care. We offer free diabetes services right here: checkups, medication, and support.

British scientists have created a wearable artificial kidney for dialysis patients.

The lightweight device filters blood continuously, eliminating the need for hospital visits.

It uses microfluidic chips and nanomembranes to mimic real kidney functions.

Patients can wear it around the waist like a small belt.
