Assalamu alaikum.
Sharing a case of road traffic accident.
This patient came with intrusion and palatally displaced 21 and 22 with 3° Mobility along with severe pain, lip, face injury.
After cleaning up with normal saline, antiseptic skin rubbing by viodin, tooth was positioned manually and splinted. Suturing Was done on inner part of upper lip. Rest of the injury was lacerated. Access opening was done of 21,22. And external wounds was closed.
