Job: Area Manager

Responsibilities

Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
Creating and communicating sales target at regular intervals
Monitoring sales across stores to check that quotas are met
Detecting, Investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales ensuring that employees observe company protocols
Travelling to stores to conduct your duties ON SITE, As needed

AREA MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in any discipline
3-5 years of experience as AREA MANAGER, Preferably in Pharma or Ayurbedic Industries
Capacity to lead with pose and conviction.
Ability to devise relevant and innovative strategies
Strong supervisory, Interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

LOCATION: Anywhere in Bangladesh

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
