RESPECT YOUR SENIORS 🤍 | FOR RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGISTS☢️:
This is a reminder for radiologic technologists who are still finding their way and building confidence in the field...Showing respect to seniors does not mean suppressing your voice or working in fear...It means understanding that they carry years of hands-on experience, long duties, critical decisions, and lessons learned through real challenges...
When a senior guides or corrects you, take it as protection—not criticism...Ask questions with sincerity...Receive feedback with maturity, not ego...Most experienced technologists are not trying to dominate; they are trying to ensure patient safety and help you avoid mistakes they once made themselves...
You may not always share the same methods or opinions, and that’s okay...Respect is reflected in how you speak, how you listen, and how willing you are to improve. Radiology depends on teamwork...Progress happens when juniors remain eager to learn and seniors remain willing to mentor...
Respect creates confidence...Confidence builds skilled technologists...And skilled technologists deliver safer, better patient care...💚💚
