Job Responsibilities
Need to carry out routine tests of Hematology, Immunology, Biochemistry and any others relevant clinical/pathological test.
Collecting and drawing samples, receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples (blood, urine, stool etc).
Management of collected samples as per SOP in the laboratory department.
Quality management of reagent in the laboratory department.
Responsible for overall responsibility for the laboratory departments.
Execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings to ensure that all the equipment is maintained well in the department.
Ensuring timely completion of lab investigation and furnishing authenticated reports to the patients.
To process the daily QC activities for all instruments handled.
Responsible for management of reagents and materials in the department.
Run controls on a daily basis on the equipment as per requirement
Responsible for sample processing and report generation in machine data.
To ensure the tests are performed based on the test requisition form (TRF).
Tactfully machine and manpower management in the laboratory department.
Maintain register, ledger book in the department.
Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
To ensure the timely delivery of the reports.
Any others jobs as and when required by the management.

★Educational Requirements
Diploma in Laboratory Medicine from government approved institution.
Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine/Pathology will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
