#একটি_শিক্ষামূলক_পোস্ট।
তামিলনাড়ু ছিলাম। সেখানে ১০০/২০০ গ্রাম মাছ, মাংস কেনা যায়। প্রতিবেলা টাটকা কিনে এনে নিজের রুমে রান্না করে খাইতাম। খুব ভালো সুবিধা মনে হয়েছে।
বেঙ্গালুরুতে সন্ধ্যার পর বারগুলোর সামনে ৩০ রুপি দিয়ে ১০০ গ্রাম চিকেন পাকোড়া পাওয়া যায়। চোখের সামনে প্রস্তুত করে দেবে।
মেঘালয়ে পাহাড়ি এলাকায় পর্ক এবং চিকেন তরকারি চামচ হিসেবে বিক্রি হয়। ১ চামচ (বড় সাইজের) ২০ রুপি। টাকা থাকলে ৫ চামচ খান, না থাকলে ১ চামচ।

আমাদের ছোটবেলায় গ্রামে ইলিশ কেটে বিক্রি করতে দেখেছি এবং কিনেছি। এখন যেভাবে খাসি বা গরু বিক্রি করা হয়, তা যদি না হতো মানে আস্ত কিনা লাগতো কয়জন পারতেন?
ভারতের এই সিস্টেম আমার ভালো লাগে। এতে সমাজের সব স্তরের মানুষ খাইতে পারে।
