Eid Mubarak All my friends around the world.

I know you may feel you don’t have a lot to celebrate this Eid. Most of you are still in the “lockdown” and can’t even go to the Masjid for Eid prayers.How do you celebrate Eid, with so much misery around?

জারিন'স কাউন্সিলিং নোটঃ

কিছুদিন আগে এক কাপল এসেছিলো।

খুব কমন একটা সমস্যা নিয়ে আর সেটা হলো তাদের ভিতর একজন আরেকজনকে নিয়ে এট্রাকশন কাজ করে না।

তো আমি ছোট কিছু টাস্ক দিয়েছিলাম যেমন কিছুদিন আলাদা করে কোথাও থাকুন, কমিউনিকেশন টা বেশি করুন ওভার ফোনে, নিজেদেরকে ভালোবাসুন, দূরে থাকা অবস্থায় নিজেদের প্রিয় মোমেন্ট গুলোর কথা ভাবুন। হেয়ার স্টাইল,ফ্যাশন স্টাইলে চেঞ্জ আনুন। নিজেরা একা একা টুরে যান। নিজেরা আগে নিজেদেরকে সময় দিন তারপর একে অপরের কথা ভাবুন। কাল রাতে ফোন আসলো এখন আলহামদুলিল্লাহ সব ঠিক।দাত থাকতে দাতের মর্যাদা পাওয়া যায় না।তাই কখনো কখনো দাত থাকা অবস্থায় উপলব্ধি করা উচিত যদি দাত না থাকে তবে কি হবে।

লাইফে অনেক সময় এরকম সিচুয়েশন আসে যখন একটু বৈচিত্রতা খুবই প্রয়োজন, বিশেষ করে মিডল এইজে।

তাই লাইফের এই সময় আগে নিজেদের অস্তিত্ব খুজে বের করুন কারন দীর্ঘদিনের সংসারে অনেকেই আমরা নিজেদের অস্তিত্ব আলাদা করে বের করতে পারি না।
