Bangladesh, a densely populated and quickly rising country, adds 200000 man power in labor market every year mostly unskilled. With this backdrop government agency and non –government agencies are entering into a new era of recruiting their human resource through another agency to avoid recruiting hassle, to lessen the financial burden and trade unionism which is known as out sourcing. In this market, many organizations are working, but very few have the program to develop HR. Our organization has started its journey with the program of recruiting, selecting, training and preparing a panel of different categories for supply.
Our organization is leaded by Team leader Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Khalil a retired civil servant worked in field level and in different ministries having long experience and education on Human Resource Development and Management. He served as District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner in Sirajgaunj and Rajshahi. He also served as Organization Head in autonomous body. He obtained double masters degree vide in economics from Dhaka University and business administration major in HRM from a renowned Private University
We have a good team of management comprising Team leader, marketing specialized, Manager for general management, Medical and administration wing, supervisor, Human resource development expert, IT expert and Technician as well as agents in different regions of Bangladesh.
