This summer hydrated yourself with energizing "Spirulina Mocktail"
💚🧂 Spirulina Mocktail Ingredients:
1. 1/2 tsp spirulina powder (adjust to taste)
2. 1 cup sparkling water (or soda water)
3. 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh is best)
4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
5. 1–2 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
6. Ice cubes
7. Mint leaves (for garnish)
8. Citrus slices (lemon or orange, for garnish)
🥄 Instructions:
Mix spirulina base
In a small bowl or shaker, mix the spirulina powder with a tablespoon of water to make a smooth slurry (this prevents clumps).
* Combine flavors
In a shaker or glass, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, honey (if using), and the spirulina mixture. Stir or shake well.
* Add sparkle
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the juice mix over the ice, then top with sparkling water.
* Garnish & serve
Garnish with mint leaves and citrus slices. Stir gently before drinking.
