This patient has H/O RTA 2 days back& come to me with pain & swelling in left foot. i have done a
X-ray Foot (AP view) – Findings

5th Metatarsal Base Fracture
• There appears to be a cortical discontinuity / lucency at the base of the 5th metatarsal

Hallux Valgus / Bunion deformity
• The 1st metatarsophalangeal joint shows lateral deviation of the great toe and prominent medial joint margin, consistent with hallux valgus deformity/bunion.

বাচ্চা শুধু কাঁদে মা বাবার কথা অনুযায়ী। বাচ্চাকে এক্সপোজ করে দেখি প্রসাবের রাস্তা ফুলে গেছে। এটাকে Balanitis বলে।

এই শীতে বাচ্চাদের জ্বর, কাশি, শ্বাসকষ্ট আর সাথে যদি কোক ডেবে যায়, তাহলে বাচ্চার নিউমোনিয়া হতে পারে।তাই অবহেলা না করে সঠিক চিকিৎসা নিন।
