নেতৃত্বের ধারাবাহিকতা: Hotel Suite Sadaf এর Aristocrat Sadaf Owners Association- AGM থেকে প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষা।

Aristocrat Sadaf Owners Association-এর বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় (AGM) উপস্থিত থাকার সুযোগ হলো।যে কোনো সফল প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রবৃদ্ধির জন্য নেতৃত্বের স্থিতিশীলতা ও ধারাবাহিকতা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এই সভা থেকে আমার মূল টেক-অ্যাওয়ে:

সম্মিলিত ঐকমত্যে Mostanzid Lotus স্যার আবারও সভাপতি নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন। এই ধারাবাহিকতা প্রতিষ্ঠানের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী লক্ষ্যের প্রতি আস্থা তৈরি করে।গত ৮ বছরের দায়িত্বশীল পরিচালনা, স্বচ্ছ আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং মালিকপক্ষের সম্পদ রক্ষায় সফল ভূমিকার স্বীকৃতিস্বরূপ বর্তমান কমিটি পুনঃনির্বাচিত হয়েছে।

স্যারকে আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন। 🙏 তাঁর নেতৃত্ব আমাদের সকলের জন্য অনুপ্রেরণা।

✊ সম্মানিত উপদেষ্টা প্রফেসর ডাঃ মোঃ শহিদুল বারি স্যার-এর অনস্বীকার্য দিকনির্দেশনা ও অবদানের ফলেই ASOA কমিটি সফলতার সাথে এসোসিয়েশনটি পরিচালনা করতে সক্ষম হয়েছে। তাঁর নেতৃত্ব ও পরামর্শ অ্যাসোসিয়েশন এর কিমিটি মেম্বারদের ধারাবাহিকভাবে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার শক্তি জুগিয়েছেন!
